I broke up with my girlfriend (i dont know why) but now i feel horrible and want her back?

how do i get over her. we went out and i was happy and so was she. than one day out of the blue i broke up with her. and i don’t know why. we stayed friends and now i know i want her back. she says she still loves me but just doesn’t forgive me and she can’t be with me unless she forgives me.
so. A. should i follow my heart and try to get her back
or B. move on (if its b. how do i?, she’s all i think about)

show her that this time you truly aren’t going anywhere. Be there for her. Show her that you want her don’t just tell her. Connect with her family, by establishing a strong relationship with her family, she should know that you plan to stay in her life.

Take the pressure off of her. She won’t be able to move past the hurt feelings she has if you are constantly nagging her to get back together. Remain friendly towards her. Occasionally mention how much you regret how you hurt her. And try slowly to see if there’s a chance for her to forgive you.
If that doesn’t seem possible, you will need to move on. I know how hard it is when you’ve broken up with someone you love. It feels like it’s the end of the world and like nothing is ever going to be right again. But I promise you, it goes away.
Don’t try to rush into another relationship. Work on gaining more self-confidence so that you can be less likely to randomly break up with someone. Then make friends, and see what develops.

You shouldn’t do A or B. Look, just try to be friends with her again and if you feel like ya’ll should go out again then go ahead, but if you feel like it’s only a friendship relationship then just be friends.
Follow your heart and do what’s right. Just because you broke up doesn’t mean you both can’t be friends.

Hey, well you must have felt at least a bit unhappy with the relationship if you broke up with her and every regrets breaking up when it first happens. You just feel alone and unsure etc.
I just went through something similar so I’d recommend you just step back and give it some time, maybe even try going on just one date with some one else.. it sounds bad but I hook up (no sex) can really make you forget about someone. Wait a while and then if you still want to get back together just sit down and talk with her about it.

May be hard to get back with her, you broke up with her for no reason…which makes no sense.. but she may not trust you now and is afraid if you guys get back together, you will dump her again.
You need to earn back her trust which won’t be very easy, you need to prove you really do love and care for her and you are not some jerk who likes to break up with girls for no reason.

This is an easy one buddy, because this has happened to me far too many times. Go for it. I made the mistake each of the times of giving up. She wants you to prove to her you are committed is all. You broke her heart, so you have to earn it back big guy. It’s pretty sh*tty how life works like that these days.
